Wookex serves buyers and sellers in a marketplace for physical retail products. Completing a transaction may require relevant information to move between the marketplace, the seller, a supplier or fulfillment partner, a payment processor, and a courier.

For example, a seller, supplier, or courier may need the recipient name, shipping address, contact details, purchased item, and order status to prepare and deliver an order. Information should be shared only to the extent reasonably needed for the transaction, support request, or marketplace operation.

Wookex may share relevant information with sellers and suppliers for order fulfillment; payment processors and financial infrastructure for checkout; couriers and delivery partners for shipping; and service providers that support hosting, security, analytics, communications, or marketplace operations.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, regulatory request, fraud investigation, safety concern, or enforcement of marketplace rights and policies. We do not sell personal information.

Wookex is not directed to children under 13 or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use the marketplace.
