Terms of Service

By accessing or using Wookex, creating an account, placing an order, or participating as a seller, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or marketplace services.

You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use the marketplace for a business or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Wookex operates an ecommerce marketplace and dropshipping platform focused on physical retail products. The marketplace may provide discovery, listing, checkout, order-management, communication, and support features that facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.

Wookex is not the seller, manufacturer, supplier, or owner of every listed item unless a listing expressly states otherwise. The seller responsible for a listing remains accountable for the product information, availability, fulfillment, and obligations connected with that offer.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration and account information. Account holders are responsible for protecting credentials, limiting unauthorized access, and promptly reporting suspected account misuse.

Each account must be operated by the person or business it represents. Sellers may be required to complete identity or business KYC, marketplace review, and other verification steps before or during participation. Submission does not guarantee seller approval, continued access, or a verified badge.

Buyers should review the complete listing, product specifications, images, seller information when available, selected variation, quantity, price, delivery details, and return eligibility before submitting an order. Orders remain subject to availability, payment confirmation, seller handling, and applicable marketplace review.

The checkout summary may include product charges, shipping costs, taxes, fees, discounts, and other applicable amounts. Buyers must provide accurate payment and delivery information and should review /shipping-policy, /return-policy, and /payment-security before ordering.

Sellers must maintain accurate, lawful, and non-misleading storefront and listing information, including product identity, condition, specifications, images, price, stock or availability, processing expectations, shipping details, and return information. Sellers must have the rights and authority needed to offer each product and use all listing content.

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling accepted orders, communicating material issues, providing available tracking, handling returns under marketplace policy, and meeting applicable laws and Wookex requirements. Dropshipping sellers remain responsible for supplier performance and customer-facing obligations even when a supplier ships the order.

Seller verification may be required. Sellers must not offer prohibited or illegal products, make unsupported safety or performance claims, manipulate marketplace activity, or direct buyers into payment arrangements that bypass official checkout.

Orders and payments should be completed through the official Wookex checkout flow. Payment processing may involve authorized providers, banks, card networks, or other payment infrastructure, and an order may depend on authorization, verification, or confirmation.

Order fulfillment may involve the seller, a supplier, a fulfillment partner, and a courier. Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and are not guaranteed. Cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements, and payment reviews remain subject to the order details, marketplace policies, provider processing, and applicable law.

Users must not use Wookex for fraud, impersonation, deceptive listings, illegal goods, stolen property, unlawful activity, harassment, threats, intellectual-property infringement, malicious software, unauthorized access, security testing without permission, or automated scraping that disrupts or abuses the marketplace.

Users must not misuse the Wookex name for cryptocurrency, investment, staking, yield, or guaranteed-return schemes; request wire, crypto, Telegram, WhatsApp, or other off-platform payments outside official checkout; manipulate reviews or orders; evade account restrictions; or interfere with another user's account or marketplace experience.

Wookex website content, branding, software, interface elements, graphics, and other platform materials belong to Wookex or the applicable licensors and are protected to the extent provided by law. Users receive only a limited right to access and use the marketplace for its intended purpose.

Sellers retain responsibility for their listing content and confirm that they have the rights needed to upload, display, and use it. By submitting content, a seller permits the marketplace to host, format, display, distribute, and promote that content as reasonably needed to operate and market the listing and marketplace.

Claims about unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or other protected material can be reported to support@wookex.com with the relevant URL, identification of the protected work, and enough information for the report to be reviewed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wookex and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous product availability, seller performance, delivery timing, or that every listing will meet every user's expectations.

Wookex provides marketplace infrastructure and is not responsible for every act, omission, product, statement, or fulfillment decision of an independent seller, supplier, courier, payment provider, or other third party. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses is excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Wookex, its personnel, and its service partners harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from that user's unlawful misuse of the marketplace, submitted content, infringement of another party's rights, or material violation of these terms.

This obligation does not apply where or to the extent prohibited by applicable law and does not reduce any non-waivable consumer right.

Wookex may restrict features, remove content or listings, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security concerns, prohibited activity, repeated policy violations, inaccurate verification information, legal requirements, or risk to buyers, sellers, or the marketplace.

Users may stop using the marketplace at any time. Suspension, termination, or account closure does not remove obligations connected with prior orders, payments, returns, disputes, intellectual-property rights, or provisions that reasonably continue after access ends.

Wookex may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in marketplace features, operations, policies, security needs, or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page.

Where appropriate, additional notice may be provided for material updates. Continued use after revised terms take effect indicates acceptance of the changes to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These terms and disputes connected with the marketplace will be interpreted and handled under the applicable laws and legal procedures relevant to the parties and transaction. Nothing in this section creates a jurisdiction or venue that would conflict with mandatory legal rights.

Before starting a formal dispute where practical, contact support@wookex.com with the account or order information and a clear description of the issue so an available resolution can be explored. This does not prevent either party from using rights or remedies available under applicable law.
