Who should sell on Wookex?
Wookex is intended for legitimate businesses and sellers who can source lawful products, provide accurate information, meet fulfilment commitments, and support buyers after delivery.
Seller onboarding is not public yet. Interest does not guarantee approval. The final process may require identity, contact, business, bank, tax, brand-authorisation, or product-compliance information depending on seller and category risk.
Seller quality rules
- ✓Provide truthful seller, product, price, and availability information.
- ✓Sell only lawful, authentic, safe, and appropriately sourced products.
- ✓Do not manipulate ratings, orders, search placement, or buyer decisions.
- ✓Protect customer information and use it only for authorised fulfilment or support.
- ✓Respond to marketplace requests and buyer issues within stated timelines.
- ✓Follow category-specific rules and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Product listing checklist
- 1Use an accurate product title and the correct brand or manufacturer name.
- 2Describe materials, dimensions, compatibility, condition, and included items.
- 3Use clear images that represent the actual product or authorised catalogue asset.
- 4State warranty information, limitations, and seller-specific conditions plainly.
- 5Avoid unsupported claims, misleading comparisons, hidden charges, or false urgency.
- 6Keep stock availability, price, and dispatch estimates current.
Return dispute handling
Review evidence fairly, communicate without hostility, and follow the listing terms and marketplace decision process. Sellers should not obstruct valid returns or pressure buyers to close complaints.
Prohibited products
A detailed prohibited-products standard will be published before seller onboarding. At minimum, unlawful, unsafe, counterfeit, recalled, stolen, infringing, or deceptively presented goods will not be permitted.
